Before the motors were change the 1996 ran smooth, only problem it had high mileage. Both motors were Northstars. The 1999 motor has been placed in the 1996 frame. The vehicle always is overheating. What could be the problem? My first thoughts thermostat no good or sticking.

The vehicle has been taken to several mechanics and the car is always return the same way they receive it.

iv never heard such a random question in all my life put funnily enough my dad owns a car garage so i can help on this one what the problem could be is that the drive belt isn't aliened properly and is catching on the inner cam rim which is were the heat gauge sensor is so the car its self isn't over heating it just looks like it is.all you need is a crow bar and some oil.
hope this helps.
