Are the judges too rigidly bound by Judicial precedent in Australia?

can any of you give me examples of RECENT Australian cases that proves the answer 'yes'? I can't seem to know any either than British ones and the Searle v Wallbank. And if you think it's a 'no' can I people give exmaples too?
