are the injectors on ford 1.3 and 1.1 cfi units the same?

Ok we're talking mk3 fiesta and mk5 escort time here.. The injectors appear physically the same, and if you swap them, they work in either application. Is the entire cfi unit the same and just the injectors pulsed differently by the ECU?
