indirectly through Private? sectors?

I see more and more adverts for "careers advice" but for what jobs?

As an example;
My friend went into his local job centre after his small business failed and the only jobs on the board were for CARE WORKERS ONLY
He specialises in computors and has never gone without work he's done the lot.
But care work is an abusive trade one that puts many off because of the bad management, poor pay and rich people who own the lucrative "Francise" to nelect people who were told they could rely on being cared for in their old age.

Does this tell you something.

I feel this government are traitors to its citizens it seems they simply do not care if people are becoming needy and have to rely on handouts from those of us who are fortunate to still have work.

Its not social security when they are creating an unstable and anti-social, dysfunctional society.

Its a sick joke the fat cats who took over our government using our money are ruining the very fabric of our society no wonder we are heading for a collapse this will give them the excuse they need to start a war to distract you.

This happens not only in the UK, but also the major capitalist countries. Due to mechanization jobs considered "obsolete "like elevators for example, are automated, and employees are either thrown out, and forced to take lesser paying positions
Labour is no longer Socialist with traitors like Gordon Brown and Tony Blair.
 
Dysfunctional children are the product of Dysfunctional parents.

Dysfunctional society, (according to the latest Government survey)
is the product of ......um, ...Video nasties,
Islamic Fifth Columnists, Crappy Schoolteachers, Second hand tobacco Smoke, Binge Drinking, Super strength Cannabis factories, a
lack of Positive Celebrity role models, Football Hooligans, Pinkoe Lefties, and the threat of Bird Flu.

Funnily enough, their findings totally vindicated present Government
Policies, from having any contributary influence on the Toilet they have made for us all to live in.
 
I agree that it is dysfunctional at the moment and Brown is running out of other people to blame for the mess he is directly responsible for.
