Because if you read the Gnostic gospels, it speaks of people and places that existed, and the stories are elaborate, just like the NT that we have today.
So if somebody could think up the Gnostic Gospels in the 1st Century, who do you know that the NT is also just a story someone just thought up?
the bible that you have isn't even the original, in the original, the one Constantine commissioned, it had the Shepard of Hermes in it.
Do you have that in yours? No?
