are the floor seats for dane cook at TD Garden good seats?

im gunna get some tickets for the dane cook show in boston and the seats i found where right next to the stage floor seats and but were really cheap. was this because it was the actual ticket price like the original amount paid or because they are shitty seats? to put you into persepcetive if you can find a image of TD garden its floor section G...when its a center stage setup
 
Personally, I think they suck. I like to be a ways back, like at least 10ft away from the stage.
But hey, if you like being up close, then go for it :)
