There is no doubt that the Cowboys have the talent. However, the team has the individual egos that go along with these particular players. Those egos have translated into poor chemistry.
The Cowboys are not entirely screwed with the situation. If TO was to be released, this would help allow Wade Phillips to get his team back into focus and allow Tony Romo to finally take control and be a team leader. Unfortunately, TO has the charisma that has gained the leadership role in Dallas. TO is just not the team leading type of person when he feels everything is centered around him. A leader just can not be a selfish individual. All the best team leaders put the team first before himself.

I think they are, you can make an argument on the play calling of offensive coordinator Jason Garrett not using enough of the run to help Romo in the passing game. Whether or not you agree they have the "most weapons" is hard to say, but you cannot deny the fact the team has 2 of the best wideouts, 2 of the best running backs, THE best tight end in the game, and a top 10 QB.

THIS IS COMING FROM A GIANTS FAN....yeah they are the team with the most weapons....look at their offense..probowl offensive linemen...a good qb...probolw TE...and a pair of WRs that are virtually uncoverable by man to man coverage..and on defense as well..one of the best in the nfl...now...using them is a different story. weapons doesnt win you championships...it can win games but not championships.
