Besides the leadership part, are they different in any other way?

On collegeboard.com it says there is no cost and the government pays. Is this through service?

A bachelors in humanities is offered at the US Air Force Academy and I want to obtain that. I'm getting an associates in humanities, at my local community college, and want to go for a bachelors.

They are different in that, when you graduate from a 'normal' college with a BA, you'd have approximately 130-140 semester hours. At a service Acadamy, you'd graduate with over 200 sem. hours.
You would be obligated to serve at least five years active duty after graduation.
Getting into the USAFA is going to be tough, though. Good grades, community service, extracurricular activities, sports participation, all are looked at. Then you'd have to have the nomination of one of your State's Congressmen, or a service-related qualification.
Good luck.
