Are the Amish exempt from child labor laws?

I sometimes see Amish kids working at markets who can't be more than 13-14 years old...I know there was some exception to 16 year olds working in woodshops but are they just free to do whatever they want with jobs that aren't dangerous?
 
If their businesses are licensed by your state, if they are paying taxes, etc. then they would be subject to the same labor laws as any other business.
