Are the admission SAT and ACT scores on Career Cruising updated to fit the new...

...test scores? For example on the admission page for University of Washington it says-

"More than 75% of freshmen were in top 50% of their high school class and scored over 1010 on SAT or over 18 on ACT; about 85% or fewer of all applicants accepted."

My question is if that "1010" SAT score is out of 1600 or 2400 (with writing).
