i was using my itouch in class and playing with it then my teacher said to give it to her and i said no then i had to go to the office where the vice principal took my itouch and phone for the rest of the school year and she is planning to take away my laptop! is this legal? i have not even used my phone in the class i used my itouch in! please tell me before she takes my laptop if this is legal or not?
here is what happened - my teacher has told me to put it away multiple times but i didn't want to because she has been a b**ch to me all year so i said no and with my light saber app i ran around with a friend striking each other with our "light sabers" then she sent me out after not giving the itouch to her. i said no, i will not give it to you. so she called security and they took me to the office. the principle and i talked about it and i got suspended. she then asked me to give her my phone and itouch to her. she did not tell me why! i didn't know she would keep it for the rest of the year! so i gave it. my mom came. we talked and she then finally tells me "i will be keeping your itouch and phone for the rest of the school year" so i said ok because i couldn't really do anything then i get home and my mom tells me i have to give up my LAPTOP TOO! my mom just took it to the principle! now i need to know if that is legal? and yes my mom is ok with the principle taking the laptop, ph
