are riding pocket bikes in the citiy eligel?

Pocket bikes are perfectly legal... you just cant ride them on the road. You can ride a pocket bike on private property or off-road. Some areas require you to have an off-road license and an off-road tag on the bike.

To ride a motorbike on the road requires a motorcycle endorsement, the bike to be registered as a motorcycle, you need insurance, and the bike has to meet all Department of Transportation requirements such as lights and emissions
