I was shopping at Meijers for veggies (I'm a college student on a low budget)
and was going to buy the big stuff (big carrots, big broccoli, etc)
but Meijers sells packaged raw veggies for less that $4, including cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, etc
and it's cut up.
I have frozen veggies that I use on pasta. But I like these fresh raw veggies but I'm unsure if it's better to eat cooked, or raw? I plan to cook them sometimes, but if I'm too busy, is it healthy to eat raw with veggie ranch and whole grain toasted bread?
