Are Racist ruining the Conservatives camp in America?

A lot of the noise I hear from the Conservative side of isle is arbitrary silliness, ie, Obama is Muslim, Obama is not a American, Obama hates white people, The heal care plan has death panels, etc is this racism motivated, why don't I hear augments like, The health care plan is an invectives for businesses to drop coverage, or why didn't the government break up GM instead of taking it over. Where is the bailout money going, thoughtss
a few notes I am moderate I am a NRA member and I like my energy green, I am black and I have a lot of friends who are Conservatives so by no means do I think they are all racist
 
I have found it rather odd that 'no matter what' contradictory opinion one may have now, if you disagree with the current POTUS you are considered a racist.

Funny how that card gets whipped out to defend any of his policies.
 
And what I heard during the Bush terms was "arbitrary silliness". Funny how libs fall back on the old saw of racism when they are to only ones that bring it up. Who are the true racists here?

And yes we wanted them to let the car company's fail now they are Obama mobiles and only a idiot would buy one.
No one bought them before when they were slightly better.

Sure, I'm sure that there are racists out there that hate Obama because of the pigmentation in his skin, but do you really think this the ONLY criticism of him? The things you list (health care is an incentive for businesses to drop coverage, why bail out GM, accountability for bail out money) and a lot of others have been raised by Conservatives.

The Republican Party is being destroyed from WITHIN.
Karl Rove and his “turn political discourse into an open sewer” tactics have turned a lot of people OFF.
[Although there still seems to be a fresh supply of it in HERE daily.]
The religious fanatics still have too much power.
The bigots still haven't been encouraged strongly enough to HIT THE ROAD!
The party STILL hasn't acknowledged that the Bush administration PROBABLY COMMITTED WAR CRIMES & DEFINITELY VIOLATED THE BILL OF RIGHTS!
If these problems are not fixed immediately, THE REPUBLICAN PARTY WILL DIE!

Become independents
Become Libertarians
Become Democrats [a few]
The process has already begun; only 20% identify themselves as Republicans in polls now. What is left of the Republican Party at the end of this process will drown in its own bile.

In fact, racism does not stay on one side of the ideological divide. Robert Byrd was called the 'conscience of the senate' by liberals, yet was not only a member of the KKK, but was a pretty high officer in it. Within the last decade he used the Big N Word in a live TV interview and didn't even get a slap on a wrist from the Dems. Trent Lott flattered an old man at his 100th Birthday party and because that old man was a Dixiecrat, Lott lost his leadership post and comittee chairmanships.

The Democratic party was the party of the Confederacy AND dominated the south even MORE during Jim Crow. The Republican party was basically founded on the principle of abolition of slavery and was the part of Lincoln. A higher percentage of Republicans than Democrats voted for Civil Rights in the 60s, but because the Republican party had Nixon and his 'Southern Strategy' to attract disaffected southern voters, while the Dems had Lyndon Johnson and the Kennedys, the GOP got this reputation that it cannot get rid of as being a refuge for racists despite the fact that at no time have they proposed or pursued legislation to roll back civil rights as is so commonly charged.

Which party takes racism more seriously again?
 
The problem is that the right takes in all under the wing of freedom. The left does not tolerate any groups that they do not agree with otherwise the racists would be over there too.

P.S. The right also has black, spanish, indian, and asian members, not just white ones.
 
It was the democrats who voted in slavery in 1776, it wa the Democrats who wanted more slave states in 1836
It was the democrats who blocked the doors in Miss. it was the democrats who sic dogs on the marchers.
It is the democrats who keep blacks victims it is the democrats who keep blacks on welfare, it is the democrats who use blacks like pawns to promote their own agenda on the backs of those victims.
The left uses race as a tool to manipulate people while conservatives fight so they can get out of poverty and work their way out of poverty.
This is another question who has no knowledge of the past and only believes the main stream media---do some research son and learn the truth-- the lies will only make you bitter.
Obama surrounds himself with self described haters/disliker of white people/businesses and admitted communist and socialists.
The death panels are a group of people who will decide if you are to get treatment for an illness or if you are to old to get certain treatment which could lead to a death. That is in the health care proposal that the democrats are proposing--Obama has done nothing to take that proposal out in fact he stated why give his grandmother a new hip because she going to die anyway.
I'll bet you haven't read one part of the Heath care proposed or you wouldn't make stupid statements.
