I have a son thats 13 and he wants a pocket bike. His friends have pocket bikes and they said you cant ride on a public road or sidewalk. So they just ride around in the woods or Empty School parking lots. He has ridden one before and said they are really fun. And i see people in the woods riding. So are they illegal and is he old enough to ride one. And can you ride in on your backyard or driveway. And will you get in trouble if your caught. SOMEONE PLEASE ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS.
