Are players in the Australian cricket team or state teams allowed to bowl to local club players in their time?

im wondering if say Brett Lee is allowed to bowl to me (a local club cricketer) if he agreed to, or is he not allowed to on his contract? im not actually going to ask him im just curious what the rules are, and are the rules different when hes not in the A Grade team to when hes in a state cricket side e.g. Vic Bushrangers (I know hes not in that team) Cheers
