Are people like Swepsycho bad for this place?

Btw I not telling anyone else because I seemed to have frightened him off and frankly I miss that fact that there was someone here that didn't take everything so bloody seriously.
 
I have never had the oppurtunity to converse with swepsycho but he seems like a very interesting individual full of
comedic character. I do not think any member here is bad for this place because we need people from all walks of life
to brighten the forum up a lil, whether it be for the good or worse.
 
As long as he/she is not breaking any site rules, why not? Is Dp'ed so I cant see the person causing too many problems by talking a bunch of sh*t. There will always be swepycho's it seems. Will come back under another nick if banned so :idunno:?
