Are people in Coast Guard Boot Camp able to write letters back to you?

I've sent the guy I'm dating 3 or 4 letters and I still haven't received a response. He is on week 5 of boot camp. Do you think that he is just too busy to be writing anyone back? I know that he has written his mom but I don't think anyone else. I don't know if I should just stop writing until I receive a response.
 
Of Course! With the restrictions placed on recruits writing and receiving letters becomes a cherished pastime. If he hasn't wrote back to you maybe there is a reason...
