I am about to delete (fully) my facebook account after much agitation of all the crap that is on there. I just have a question first.
I dont upload photos of other people that are not on facebook. I dont upload photos of people that have Facebook if they dont want that photo on there. I never upload photos of other people's children (whether they give me permission or not) ever.
So if I dont have Facebook is there a legality that stops peole putting photos of my (future) kids on Facebook.
Its not just because of the issue with pedophiles, but that my children may grow up and not want their baby photos on the net. They may not even want ANYTHING to do with the net. I think its unfair that people post pictures of their kids so ... openly, especially knowing that facebook owns the information.
Anyway in summary is it illegal to post pics of someone else's children and their details on social networking sites?
