Are people allowed to skateboard in tennis courts?

for public parks that is....My neighborhood park has many people who skateboard in the tennis courts. They are very loud. People wait to use the tennis courts but they don't leave
 
Bring a paint ball gun, you don't have to shoot it, just pointing it and saying "Leave." will do the job.

They can go find a skate park, or any urban area with pavement will do. Tennis Courts are for Tennis players like socks are for sock drawers. :P
 
Isn't there some security guards or supervisor that is in control of that kind of stuff? I would contact parks and recreation at the city hall and find out what could be done about it.
 
No. it will damage the court surface. The public authority who owns it might be able to do something about it if somebody complains.
