Being from Baton Rouge I goto New Orleans pretty often. Cops do not seem to care if you walk around with open containers, or even flash other people. I see people flash right in front of cops. Also, one of my friends got pulled over and had some marijuana on him and all the cop did was take it from him and wrote him a speeding ticket? Is this city just one of a kind or are their other cities like this?
Are New Orleans laws less enforced?
