Are my breakfast eating habits healthy?

So I'm trying to lose weight and I've always heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
So here it is:
1 cup 2% milk with half a cup of oatmeal(no sugar added)
1 banana to replace the sugar
1 or 2 hard boiled eggs(I'll eat eggs once in a while)
and lately I've been making fruit smoothies and that consists of:
1/2 cup of OJ
1 banana
1 cup frozen fruit

And after that I only eat 2 more times lunch and dinner.Which is usually a turkey sandwich and baked chicken breast with veggies.
