Are Mollies Schooling Fish?

Are Mollies schooling fish or is it ok to only have one?

Mine don't school but they definitely enjoy eachother's company.. I had one that randomly floated up and started to look upward. the other molly's would push his nose down so cute...

Never get just one. They need at least 3 or 4 other mollies with it.

Yes, the definitely need other mollies to school with, also make sure you use aquarium salt for your mollies, they like that. They are great community fish too.

I'd go with at least two. A school isn't necessary, but I'm sure it would appreciate one of it's kind.

yes mollies are schooling fish they do best in pairs or more atm i have 2 a creamsickle mollie and a white molly they are very social fishes i love em!
