Are 'London Craigslist' & 'Gumtree' casual sex sections full of fake adverts?

Are London Craigslist & London UK Gumtree casual sex sections full of fake adverts? I have browsed the sections many, many times and reckon 80% of the adverts there are almost certainly fakes only designed to get email addresses and peoples pictures. What responses have YOU got from replying to adverts in the section I mentioned?
Have you noticed more spam emails since you replied? Did you even get a genuine reply back and make a date to meet for what it was you both wanted?
I have VERY little doubt that of those adverts where I'm NOT so sure if they're fake or not that if they're real, too few people are going to respond to them anyway.
Do you post fake adverts on there? Do you work for AdultFriendFinder? Do you post the adverts up there on Craigslist London or Gumtree (London) yourself?
Please - only London UK respondents to this question please, thanks, I want to get an idea from those who live in the same area.
Personally I think/reckon it's mostly the work of A.F.F who are illegally gathering peoples pictures to create fake profiles on A.F.F to get sex-starved & lonely people to sign up to their paid website-use services by means of claiming that the pictures they use to promote their site are actual members when in fact they're not; that's what *I* think.

I've browsed the casual relationships section of Gumtree out of curiousity in the past. I think most of the ads by women are escorts.
