If it is unclear...
When people come together to make a law, to they set out for it to be fair?
Okay, I know laws are in some ways...
But historically, for people that make the laws- are they supposed to be non-bias? With non-bias, fair for everybody laws?
Do you all know any sources to prove of that intention? From like the framers... etc. Anything? (yes i know, that laws are far from this...)
