My kid brother is an idiot. He was caught with alcohol and hes underage and was with people who were driving a stolen car. He was in jail for 2 months. Went through an alcohol and drug evaluation, and did community service. He was also told if he even got a ticket or any other misdemanor he would go back to jail for 1 year. Well.. it turns out the community service he did was at the wrong place. The probation officer basically waited the last min. to tell him. Actually he set him up. My kid brother went to go see him 3 times! and the second time told him to come back a 3rd time and then arrested him! the whole time he was out he kept threatening to arrest him and so did the judge.
And my mom now tells me he came to our house(she doesnt speak english that well) and told her he wanted to search our house. For what? he went through all our things and was very rude to her not answer any of her questions isnt he supposed to have a warrant? my kid brother went to a community center to do the hours and now he tells him he was supposed to do it in HIS OFFICE? i've never heard of that.. community service hours at the probation officers OFFICE?! i thought it was COMMUNITY SERVICE anyways now his saying he violated his parole and is going to jail for one year!!! and they've arrested him again. Also the judge in the case was practically begging my brother to do somethng wrong so he can put him back.
Is there a way we can change judges? this is so frustrating.. right now am away at college and i dont know what to do or were to go from here..any advice would be greatly appreciated. His been doing well now and did everything required of him and learned his lesson so how can they do this? and he DID do ALL the hours required of him.
