Are intros becoming shorter?

David the Gnome. Now there was an intro. Anyone that doesn't tear up at that intro upon viewing has no soul.

Well, if I don't like the intro or I've been marathoning and don't want to see it for the 7th time, I tend to skip over it.

As for the original question, yes, I believe they are shorter. I randomly looked up two series on Youtube. Futurama is about 30 seconds, Ducktales is about a minute. It's a shame but it doesn't have to be a terrible thing, as long as they make it good

Yeah, as long as the long's good, then it doesn't really matter. But up until I saw this thread, I thought the short intros were for longer story time.

I do too. But in their own, unique American way. I mean, I'd rather see outtros like Anime themes. But still, the fact that they actually care enough to make that a multimillion dollar recording side industry? I would kill to see that. Of course, I would kill to see Levy and Saban write theme music and BGM again.
