Are images linked from my site to another site included in my stats?

e.g someone visits a forum where an image from my site is used [directly linked from my site].say the person viewing the forum is in brazil,will I get an hit/request from an ip in brazil.
 
In short.. yes.

In order for that to image to load, the browser in Brazil will hit your site to load it. When that happens, it'll be logged as a hit.

Depending on your stats software though, it may or may not be included in your report. You can configure your reports to not include images. However, if you've not done that, it'll appear in your stats.
