Are ignorant people supposed to enrage and stupidly engage educated people so

that they might learn things? Is that some sort of built-in life design thing that forces the educated person to try and educate the ignorant person? Or is there no real reason for it at all other than to make life miserable?
 
i forget where i heard this, but some character in a movie or something said that it's better for ignorant people to show their ignorance so that they can learn from other people's reactions to it. In that sense maybe it is a built in method to learn
