I'm 24 and I own and drive a 1977 Corvette and a motorcycle. My dad taught me how to work on cars and so I'm a bit of a gearhead... but it seems like most guys just can't believe that I know anything about cars and I always get funny looks when I'm out driving in the Vette. I was just wondering if guys are intimidated by this... or maybe just mad because I have a 77 Vette. (Haha!) I know that most girls don't work on cars and I've never seen any driving classics. I don't really look the part myself... I'm short and pettite but anyway, I was just wondering what the guys think... or if there are any other girls out there who have the same thing happen to them.
Are guys intimidated by a girl who owns/drives a sports/muscle car & a motorcycle?
