Are Gm.N^2 the same as GN^2.m?

im doing a conversion from 144E9m.N^2 (metre Newtons squared). Using the prefix G (giga) would get rid of the scientific notation 10^9 (E9) but is there a more appropriate place to put it in the compound unit? Im not used to seeing m.N^2 and would much rather put GN^2.m instead of Gm.N^2, but is there a reason why I cant?
