We found this really cool Garden spider by our trampoline, my mom said to search it upp online and see if it is poiseness. I know this is stupid question to ask here (When i could just web it in a second) but I just like to find things out on Yahoo Answers.. xD But this isn't funny! 
i think the spider is cute, and my mom said if it's poiseness shes going to get my stepdad to cut it in half! -_-
But seriously I dont want you to answer it is NOT poiseness cause youu don't want it to be cut in half. Or I don't want youuu to answer it IS poiseness so it CAN be cut in half!

Ok ok youu guyys are right.
I didn't put enough detail. Sorry. Idk what its exact kind is. But all i know is that its a Garden Spider cuzz I looked it upp. Andd that it is like black&yellow on its body.. but its legs have a orange strip going down it
I have a pefect picture on it on my fone that I could send to my email & put on here for it, but I just don't know how to add a pic to this thing... :- /
