T TT4646 New member Oct 12, 2010 #1 Sometimes when I lay down at night I can hear and feel my heartbeat in my ear. My blood pressure is a little low, but not dangerously low. What can cause this? Any reason to worry?

M mia babyy New member Oct 13, 2010 #2 This is normal, if you plug your ears with your fingers you get the same effect. You can literally "hear" the silence when you plug your ears, I can't explain the noise but if you plug your ears you'll understand.
