At first i was like who the hell believes in this crap but now I understand how unsustainable our society is, it may be that the only way for our government to continue its reign of ever growing terror on a population that is chopping away at non renewable resources.

And if our economy cant pay off the national dept maybe thats where we will slave for the countries we owe

but then again I learned all this stuff from the internet and the internet is always full of crap

but in a way I kinda hope they are real so when the economy drives itself off a cliff civil disobedience will have a strong challenger named martial law!

so are they real? if so where can I fill out an application to get a job at one; I mean as much as starving people to death sucks I would rather not starve to death!

They do not exist.

The idea was to set aside an area to send people in cases of natural disasters, like hurricanes, floods, earthquakes, etc.

The camps could have all of the necessary facilities - dormitories for sleeping, mess-style kitchens and dining areas, social services, playgrounds, etc.

Then, in a case like Katrina, people could have a place to stay until they get back on their feet, and it would be more cost-efficient than re-inventing the wheel every time there's a disaster.

It needs some more work, but it's actually not a bad idea.

And NO.
THEY ARE NOT CONCENTRATION CAMPS, OR PUNISHMENTS.

That's a bunch of bullshit invented by the repugnants.
