Are Factory Reconditioned Electronics Any Good?

Some people say they're not, others say they're better because reconditioning has higher standards than original construction. What's the truth?

Only speaking from my own experiences. I've bought many refurbs and never had a problem with anything so far. Some things have had a small scratch on the bottom, but that type of thing doesn't bother me since i never see the bottom, plus it doesn't affect the performance. Again, this is only my own personal experiences.
