Are employers required to give commission sales people written commission

statements in Maryland? I work in Maryland as a salary and commission sales rep/account manager. My employer refuses to give any commission statements. I/we are supposed to "Trust" that he is paying me/us properly. Do I have a legal right to a commission statement. If not, I will certainly find another position with a more scrupulous employer that will do so. But does the law require him to do so??? In Maryland.
 
I don't believe that for a second. Did you get direct deposit? Make sure you right down your own schedule. Each employer should at least give you a print out of your hours for that week.
I live and work in Maryland too and I get Direct Deposit AND a print out of my schedule for the bi weekly payment.
