...faster crime innovation..? Recently Tamilnad police have arrested people who posed like IAS /IPS officers, had the local protocol officers arrange transport from RS / Air port, reserve Inspection bangalow etc.. and indulged in crimes?
It is known fact that the Protocol officers in the cadre of Tahsildar etc would not dare to question the ID of the bureaucrats, as they could be taken to task if they were genuine ones. And it is impossible to check up the ID with the offices to which they claim to belong.. since the same impact as direct enquiry would ensue..!
Already the officers are unable to restrain local political influentials misusing the govt Guest HOuses for unethical purposes. How can these officers restrain the all powerful all India cadre labels?
How could the police / govt curb this type of menace, in your opinion, granting that they are serious about this type of hich tech frauds emerging, with all the dangers involved..?
