I currently live in Wisconsin and had Alltel as my phone provider. Well, Alltel merged with Verizon and I was suppose to be part of Verizon. For some reason I live in the part of Wisconsin that did not switch over to Verizon, but went to Element's. I was wondering if I call a friend who has Verizon, will it still be considered mobile to mobile even though I am an Element's member now? I don't want to go over minutes on my phone, and I'm just confused. Element's sucks and won't answer/return calls.
Are Element's Mobile and Verizon considered Mobile to Mobile?
