My gym membership expired and I'm not renewing it since, I'll have free gym in 3 months again, so I don't want to sign a year long contract for just three months. I was thinking of using dumb bells at home. Do you think I can find varying exercises to make up for the following areas that I usually work on.
1. shoulders
2. chest
3. biceps
4. abs
i have a tredmill at home, so that can supplement a little, whats your advise, should I not stay home for 3 months or will it be ok?
Also, I usually pull 50-80 Ibs.. so should I get that heavy dumbells or a bit lighter. right now i have 2/ 15 lbs and 2/ 20 lbs ones.
