I recently had the axle boot assembly replaced. Is this the same as having the CV Joint replaced? I still hear a little bit of a click when I accelerate or slow down.
the axle boot covers the cv joints so i would say now but if you paid
like several hundred dollar for axle boot Replacement i would say they replaced the cv joints too
the tale tale sign of bad bad cv joint is when turning left or right you will hear the clicking
only thing i can think of is that maybe they replace one side and what you hear in the other "old cv joint " clicking
