Seriously people use these two like they are actually comparable when the explain very different things. Creationism is an attempt to explain how everything came to exist. Evolution is an attempt to explain how things evolved from a previous state.
People can believe in evolution but they still have to answer the question "where did everything come from"
There really are only two camps
A) Something came from nothing (creationism)
B) An original something was always there (some eternal ooze that "evolved" or "banged" into everything we see today)
So you see the Creation vs Evolution arguments are dumb. Why do we argue so much on whether we started as human or as a single celled organism? The real question we long to know is where did any matter come from or how can you rationalize an eternal ooze that simply always was and is outside of time and at the same time deny any "God" that always was and is outside of time. When you go back everything seams to sound the same.
I just feel science doesn't really have an answer for this yet so non-creationists just kinda ignore it and harp on what they know even though it doesn't really answer the question people long to have answered.
Cant edit the title.... I added are to the beginning to try to make it a question... O well
