So was going to get the Samsung Rogue but the only choices I could do is buy it full price, like 400 dollars, or buy a CPO Samsung Rogue. CPO is Certified Pre-Owned. So I guess a CPO phone is like refurbished. I am ordering today at 9 am so I just want to know the risks of getting a refurbished phone. You know, is the touch screen dented or scratched or not working, or are the buttons not working correctly, and those sort of things. I just want to know the risk because some people say its fine and some say it isn't. Also, some people say refurbished phones are actually better because a human checked on the phone, not the factory like the NEW phones. I just need some opinions on this. Thanks!
