Hello youtube, I'm from the Dominican Republic, but live in Georgia. Back where I'm from, we have wild dogs but no coyotes. I had heard of these since I've been here but never had really seen one up close until tonight. I went outside to take out the trash and as I'm walking down the sidewalk at my house, I hear a lot of noise in some bushes behind me, so I went down cautiously hoping i wasn't a person, then I see movement to my left, a coyote just runs across my yard into the spot where I heard the other noise, about 20-30 feet away from me... I waited until it was out my view and jetted back into my house. We moved here last summer and this was my first encounter. Are they a threat or anything?
