Okay.
The thing about cooking foods is, yes, it does destroy a few of the nutrients in veggies. But, it also helps to break down the cell walls which your body can't digest to get to the rest of the nutrients. In raw food, you don't lose any nutrients, but some might get passed undigested because they're trapped inside all that vegetable fiber so you don't get quite as many nutrients as you would have if you cooked it. Also, some foods, like potatoes, just taste nasty when raw.
Canning or freezing vegetables has no ill effects on vegetables and it is similar to if you cooked it yourself.
Steaming is by far the best way to get as many nutrients as you can into your body, so stick with that.
