How about we get people working again? How about we stabilize our economy first? How about we solve this healthcare debacle, all before we start to take on another multi-billion dollar hedged-bet.
400,000 jobs created by the Olympics? Really? How about the billions we've already earmarked for that very same purpose TODAY?
Unreal. This isn't even a political issue. I could care less who brought it to the USA, or who took it to the IOC, but the fact that they thought trying to do it now was a good idea is absolutely ridiculous and insulting to the intelligence of the people who realize full-well how deep this recession digs.
