Sadly, many do seem to be unduly concerned with other people's business, yes, and not enough with issues that really matter, such as AGW.
 
You might just as well concern yourself with the last ice age.

But I refuse to allow anyone to teach my son that homosexuality is okay when it only provides an opening for every pervert in the world to get his hands on innocent children.

And that is truth.

It may get hot and steamy when a couple of gay men get together. But seriously, I agree with you. Education is the key. I do not think the Bible really condemns homosexuality when it is examined objectively. The Bible is more concerned with gay men and lesbians not being promiscuous. Funny, the same goes for heterosexuals.
