yea any aftermarket is transferrable as long as you have the right amount of space in the new car this is really if you buy a double din reciever you need to make sure the new car has enough room for it. also the only other things you will need are new install kits which are the things that hold the new radio in place when you switch it out. also you will need the adapter for the car unless you get the same manufactuer car you may be able to just reuse the same adapter.
