Are bubbles on the side of the fish tank ok?

It is fine. But if i doesn't go away wash the tank and rinse it well.

We just got our fish tank today and set it up. There are bubbles on the side of the tank. They have been multiplying. Is this a problem or is it ok? We dont have any fish in it yet. 10 pts! Thank!
