I'm very happy with the results I've been getting on my current weight loss plan. I currently get AT LEAST 30 minutes of some sort of cardio in everyday, I strength train once or twice a week. As far as food goes, I normally have some blueberries or low fat yogurt for breakfast, a Lean Cuisine or All Natural Healthy Choice for lunch, then eat as many fruits and veggies as I want during the day ( I snack on them ALL day), then eat a sensible dinner.
My question, are avocado's bad to eat on a diet? I know that it's "good" heart healthy fat in a avocado, but they are loaded with calories. Should you basically steer clear if you're watching your calories?
