Are atheists different in other countries because of culture?

Would an atheist from china be more polite in their exchanges than one from america because in china they are not saturated in a culture that goes against their world view and there is not such an element of rebellion against the status quo?

I am guessing. I have only met atheists in Australia and no where else yet but if you have experience in this matter I would be curious to know.
 
I think an atheist manners depends on the person they are, not the beliefes that they hold.
